These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users (“you”, “your”) of the Aesthetics 360 (Pty) Ltd website, digital platform, online training courses, and related products and services (“Services”) owned and operated by Aesthetics 360 (Pty) Ltd, Suite 6, First Floor, Hilton Health, Monzali Drive and Hilton Ave, Hilton, Pietermaritzburg, 3245, South Africa. By accessing or purchasing our Services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

You understand and agree that:

  • Training does not replace hands-on clinical supervision or medical licensure.

  • Aesthetics 360 is not liable for your clinical decisions or patient outcomes.

  • All aesthetic treatments must be carried out within your legal scope of practice, local regulations, and insurance cover.

  • Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine, and non-prescribers must collaborate with qualified, licensed prescribers who are authorised and insured to prescribe and delegate treatments.

3. Eligibility

Our courses are intended for qualified medical professionals, including doctors, dentists, and registered nurses. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the criteria to practice aesthetic procedures in your jurisdiction.

4. Payment & Refunds

  • Payment for all courses and services must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered.

  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on select digital products. If you are not satisfied, please contact [email protected] within 7 days for a refund.

  • No refunds will be issued after 7 days unless required by law.

  • Refunds are not applicable to coaching services, live event tickets, or partially used services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Aesthetics 360, including course videos, PDFs, frameworks, logos, branding, trademarks, and website content, is the intellectual property of Aesthetics 360 (Pty) Ltd.

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, share, or distribute course materials without written permission

  • Sell, sublicense, or claim ownership of any material or method taught

  • Record or repurpose live sessions or training material

6. Access and Availability

  • When you purchase a course, you are granted lifetime access (unless otherwise stated) to that course and its future updates.

  • Lifetime access refers to the life of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. Aesthetics 360 reserves the right to discontinue or replace courses at its discretion.

  • Access may be revoked if you breach these terms, share login credentials, or behave abusively within the platform or community.

7. Community Conduct

If you participate in our online community, coaching programs, or live sessions, you agree to engage respectfully and professionally. We do not tolerate:

  • Harassment or discrimination of any kind

  • Spam, solicitation, or selling to members

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour

Violations may result in removal without refund.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information such as name, email address, and purchase history for the purpose of delivering our services. Please review our full Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Zoom, Stripe, PayFast) to deliver content and process payments. We are not responsible for downtime or data breaches originating from these platforms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved under South African legal jurisdiction.
